Using Pre-Built Templates with Gutenberg

ThankRedirect includes a template library for the WordPress Gutenberg block editor. If you prefer building pages with blocks rather than Elementor, you can insert a ready-made Thank You page template directly from the Gutenberg editor.

What’s Included

The same 4 templates are available for Gutenberg:

Template Availability
Basic Thank You Page Free
Modern Thank You Page Pro
Clean Thank You Page Pro
Elegant Thank You Page Pro

Templates are delivered as native Gutenberg blocks — fully editable using standard block controls.

How to Insert a Template

Step 1: Create Your Thank You Page

Go to Pages → Add New and create a new page. Make sure you’re using the Gutenberg block editor (not Classic Editor).

Step 2: Open the ThankRedirect Template Library

In the Gutenberg editor, look for the ThankRedirect template inserter button in the block editor toolbar or in the block inserter area. Click it to open the template library modal.

Step 3: Browse and Preview

Click Preview on any template card to see a full-size preview. Pro templates have a Pro badge and require an active licence.

Step 4: Insert the Template

Click Insert to add the template to your page. The blocks will appear in the editor immediately.

Step 5: Customise the Blocks

Click on any block to edit it using the standard Gutenberg block controls in the right sidebar. Change text, colours, spacing, and layout as needed.

Step 6: Publish and Connect

Click Publish, then go to ThankRedirect settings and set your redirect destination to this page.

Tips for Gutenberg Templates

  • Use block patterns to save any sections you’ve customised for reuse across other pages
  • The Site Editor (if your theme supports it) can apply global styles that will affect your Thank You page automatically
  • All shortcodes in the template are contained in Shortcode blocks, and you can see and edit the raw shortcode text by clicking on those blocks
Pro tip: Gutenberg templates are ideal if you’re using a block-based theme like Twenty Twenty-Four or Kadence. Your Thank You page will inherit all your theme’s typography and colour settings automatically, giving you a perfectly branded page with minimal effort.
