Using Pre-Built Templates with Elementor
ThankRedirect includes a built-in template library for Elementor. Instead of building your custom Thank You page from scratch, you can insert a professionally designed template in seconds and customise it to match your brand.
What’s Included
ThankRedirect’s Elementor template library includes 4 templates:
| Template | Availability | Style |
|---|---|---|
| Basic Thank You Page | Free | Clean, minimal layout suitable for any store |
| Modern Thank You Page | Pro | Bold, contemporary design |
| Clean Thank You Page | Pro | Spacious, whitespace-heavy design |
| Elegant Thank You Page | Pro | Refined, premium feel |
All templates come pre-loaded with ThankRedirect shortcodes — so they display real order data the moment a customer arrives.
Requirements
- Elementor (free version) must be installed and activated
- ThankRedirect must be installed and activated
- A page must be open in the Elementor editor
How to Insert a Template
Step 1: Create or Open Your Thank You Page
Go to Pages → Add New and create a new page (e.g., “Thank You”). Click Edit with Elementor to open it in the Elementor editor.
Step 2: Open the ThankRedirect Template Library
In the Elementor editor, click the + button to add a new section. You’ll see the ThankRedirect button appear in the section adder area. Click it to open the ThankRedirect template library modal.
Step 3: Preview and Choose a Template
Browse the template cards. Click Preview on any template to open a full preview in a new window. Pro templates show a “Pro” badge — you’ll need an active Pro licence to insert them.
Step 4: Insert the Template
Click Insert on the template you want. The template will load into your Elementor page immediately.
Step 5: Customise
Click on any element to edit it — change colours, fonts, text, and layout to match your brand. The shortcodes are already in place; just update the surrounding design.
Step 6: Publish the Page
Click Publish in Elementor. Then go to ThankRedirect settings and set your redirect destination to this new page.
Common Customisations
- Update the headline text to match your brand voice
- Replace placeholder images with your logo or product images
- Add your social media links or a referral programme CTA
- Change colours to match your brand palette
- Add an upsell section beneath the order summary
Pro tip: After inserting a template, use Elementor’s Global Colours feature to apply your brand colours to the entire page at once, much faster than changing each element individually.
