These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your purchase and use of plugins and services offered by Oxilab ("we", "us", or "our") at https://oxilab.dev/. By purchasing or using any Oxilab plugin, you agree to these Terms.

1. Open Source License (GPLv2)

All Oxilab plugins — including Image Hover Effects Ultimate, Flipbox, Shop Manager for WooCommerce, and others — are distributed under the GNU General Public License v2.0 or later (GPLv2+). This means:

  • You are free to use, modify, and redistribute the plugin code under the same GPLv2+ license.
  • The full license text is available at gnu.org/licenses/gpl-2.0.html.

2. What Your Purchase Includes

When you purchase an Oxilab plugin, you are purchasing access to the following services — not a restriction on the GPL-licensed code itself:

  • Plugin updates delivered through our update server for the duration of your license period.
  • Technical support via our support page for the duration of your license period.
  • Access to our documentation and video tutorials.

After a license expires, pro features will be disabled and update delivery and support access will no longer be available until the license is renewed.

3. Support & Updates Are Non-Transferable

While the plugin code is GPL-licensed and may be freely shared, support and update services are tied to the original purchaser and cannot be transferred, resold, or shared with third parties. Each license is valid for the number of sites specified at the time of purchase.

4. Trademark & Branding

The Oxilab name, logo, and product names (including "Image Hover Effects Ultimate", "Flipbox", "Shop Manager for WooCommerce") are trademarks of Oxilab. The GPLv2 license does not grant you any rights to use these trademarks. You may not:

  • Use the Oxilab name or logo to promote a redistributed or modified version of the plugin.
  • Imply that your product or service is officially endorsed by Oxilab.

5. Refunds

Refund requests are handled under our Refund Policy. Please review it before purchasing.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The plugins are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee that the plugins will be error-free or uninterrupted. Your use of our plugins is at your own risk.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Oxilab shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our plugins or services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the applicable plugin in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Bangladesh.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of our plugins or services after changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
